REJECT THE COLONIAL OCCUPATION OF GAZA, DEFEND AL-AQSA FLOOD
We vehemently condemn United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 on the 17th of November, which would put into effect Trump’s “peace plan” for Gaza. The UNSC voted 13-0 to approve the plan, while China and Russia failed to veto the resolution, despite verbalising their opposition.
Trump's plan is not a pathway to peace; it is a blueprint for genocide and occupation under the guise of security and stability. The resolution will place Gaza under the direct occupation of an International Stabilisation Force with 20,000 soldiers and a global Board of Peace, chaired by Donald Trump and overseen by a cabal of Zionist lobbyists, war profiteers, and war criminals, including Jared Kushner and Tony Blair.
The resolution is the greatest crime against the Palestine people enabled by the United Nations since it's approval of the 1947 Partition Plan on 29th November 1947. Its core objective is the forced disarmament of Hamas, the suppression of the Palestinian people’s resistance and sovereignty, and the colonial-style occupation and extraction of Palestine’s land and seas for capitalists and multinational corporations. In other words: to transform Gaza into the “Riviera of the Middle East”.
The planned colonisation of Gaza is part of a broader US-led Western imperialist conspiracy to dismantle the Axis of Resistance and restore U.S. hegemony. As the U.S. and its proxies seek to disarm Hamas and the Palestinian resistance, it is also pushing for the disarmament of Hezbollah in Lebanon. With the assistance of Jolani’s HTS, it has disarmed Palestinian refugee camps in Syria and expelled leaders of Palestinian revolutionary factions including the PFLP-GC. With its Resistance destroyed and pacified, and its governments subjugated to imperialist interests, the people of Southern Lebanon and Syria suffer near-routine devastation, military occupation, and airstrikes by the Zionist entity.
Now, the U.S. seeks to impose its agenda of humiliation and dependency upon the rest of the Arab-Iranian region, with the final frontier being the resisting masses of Gaza and its muqawamah.
Make no mistake: The authorisation of an international military force in a disarmed Gaza will unleash the same levels of human devastation as the similarly UNSC-approved invasions of Iraq in 2003, the occupation of Haiti in 2004, and the destabilisation of Libya in 2011. It will sacrifice the lives of millions of people for imperial interests under the guise of “democracy”, “peace”, and “humanitarian aid”; creating conditions of permanent dependency and forever war.
If the plan is implemented, the U.S. will succeed in subjugating the entire Arab-Iranian region and the Global South to its will, ushering a new era of unchecked tyranny and devastation throughout the region.
The U.S. and Trump’s regime are already in direct talks with the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Indonesia, and Azerbaijan to contribute military forces towards the occupation of Gaza, while other imperialist allies including Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, and France have expressed its interest to send “peacekeeping forces”.
We must be clear: this is genocide. This is a military occupation and Global South governments, including Malaysia, are paving the way for the colonisers’ guns, tanks and whips.
We understand that laws, treaties, and the like are only the masters’ tools to reinforce the masters’ house. From the U.S. reciprocal trade agreements subjecting the people of Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines to neocolonial resource-extraction, to new Zionist normalization agreements with Syria, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia, to the U.S.-brokered “peace treaties” in the Congo and now Gaza, these treaties brokered by capitalists elites in high corridors of power are only instruments of hegemony to reshape the region according to U.S.-imperial designs.
Against the Empire's language of peace, diplomacy, and stability, we must defend the revolutionary spirit of Al-Aqsa Flood, which remains one of the greatest acts of decolonisation in modern history. Al-Aqsa Flood shattered the myth of Zionist invincibility in the region, reawakened mass global consciousness, and overturned the Oslo framework that subjected the Palestinian people to decades of unchallenged settler-colonisation, mass incarceration, bombardment, and siege, in the name of false U.S.-backed “peace”.
Amidst global passivity in the face of Zionist and imperialist machinations, Al-Aqsa Flood inspired a new wave of radical resistance within the belly of the beast and across the world, from the armed resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, and Iraq, to the student encampments in Turtle Island and New Afrika; from the militant direct actions in the U.K. and mass worker-led strikes in Italy, to collective people-led resistance to U.S.-Israel war machine across Latin America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific.
To disarm the Palestinian Resistance and place Gaza under military occupation would not only be the nail in the coffin of the Western-backed Holocaust of the Palestinian people: It would be a blatant betrayal of the oppressed masses around the world who have risen up in solidarity with Palestine against these interconnected systems of imperialism, capitalism, and genocide within the past two years. The U.S. empire's peace plan is a counterrevolution against the legacy of Al-Aqsa Flood and all interrelated people’s struggles for liberation from imperialist extraction and capitalist domination.
As we near the 78th anniversary of the 1947 UN Partition Plan on 29th November, we must reject the imperialist maneuvers that will further partition and occupy the Palestinian people's homeland.
Down with the U.S.-Israel war machine! Reject the colonial occupation and peace plan! Victory to the Palestinian Resistance! The capitalist and imperialist camp cannot win over the resisting masses.
OUR CALL TO ACTION
1. Reject the international peace-keeping force and the military occupation of Gaza. Demand global governments including the Malaysian government to reject this plan immediately and withdraw from any prospective invasion of Gaza.
2. End the siege of Gaza and enable the immediate and unconditional entry of food, medicine, and other essential resources into Gaza, incontingent upon the presence of any illegal military force in Palestinian land, whether that be of the Zionist regime or that of a global U.S.- and U.N.-backed coalition.
3. Build the international popular cradle and unify all radical and militant anti-imperialist, movements and formations around the world against the U.S. imperialist war machine, in line with the Palestinian armed resistance.
